Hi! I've made 2 forms (one with an application and one for questions) for one of our pages on our website and the submission is supposed to go to one of my colleagues email. She has access to service, CRM, marketing and forms but she still gets this when she tries to view it. She got an email that the form was submitted on one of them but it doesn't work on the other with questions. How do I resolve this? Thanks in advance!
It could be that your colleague doesn't have access to the contacts that have submitted the forms. When you click to view a record from a form submission email, you are brought to the contact.
Can you check what Contact permissions your colleague has? Perhaps she only has the ability to view her owned contacts for example.
@LouiseHare My team has permission to view forms yet they can't see them on the app (yet super admins can) why would that be? They are on the road and need to be able to access this
Hey, @JdeRocquigny👋@LouiseHare is one of our volunteer community members and a Champion, but not an employee. She would not have access to your portal to troubleshoot this issue.
I recommend opening a support ticket and asking to screen share with one of your team members who are experiencing the issue.
Best,
Jaycee
