Page Views Not Rolling Up To Account

Hi,

I have an issue where none of the contacts page views are rolling up to the account overview.

The one contact under this account has 3 page views which occurred after the contact was associated to the account.

Any idea what could be happening here?

Hello @MPickering , wanted to check  if the page viewed is HubSpot or external? If it's external do you have the HubSpot tracking code installed on the page for tracking? You can check the tracking code is installed on your page by following the steps here.

Thanks for the response Pam,

They are external pages but we do have the tracking code running and its working correctly as I can see the page view activity on the connected contact record but just doesn't seem to be rolling up to the account.

Hello @MPickering ,If the HubSpot tracking code is working on your website pages, but you do not see any new page views  you may need to change your target domain or add additional domains to your tracking code settings to make sure that HubSpot is gathering analytics from the correct domain or subdomain. Apart from setting up your site tracking, you should also filter out bot activity and your own traffic from your analytics and customize your cookie tracking settings and privacy policy alert.
