Open photos submitted through a Hubspot form in email

We use a Hubspot form on our website on this page https://www.ilumio.nl/nl/leading/gratis-meetverzekering/.
Through this form a customer also sends photos of his product. We receive forms that are filled out in our Outlook mailbox. However, we cannot open these photos in our contact platform Zendesk, nor in Outlook.

In order to see the photos, we need to login to Hubspot. Do you know if there is a way to send pictures along with the mail?

Thank you for reaching out. 

 

Except manually sending downloading the images and sending them over, that won't be possible 

 

This is expected behaviour as explained here. This is a decision that was taken by the Product Team for security concerns.
