Offline Integration contacts not showing email or phone

Hello everyone!

 

Since a few weeks ago I'm having an issue when contacts are created from API.

 

Some of them are not showing any data such as email, and phones. Already checked on all of our Facebook Ads and they were all fine and didn't have tracking issues.

 

Do you know what could it be?

Thanks for reaching out! 

 

For the first step, I would suggest reaching out to your developer or the individual who coded the endpoint/API. The endpoint might have a broken string of code for example or a mapping issue. They will have information on how these contacts are being pushed to your CRM and what the potential issue could be.
