Notification for unsubscribers from a campaign

We send out a weekly newsletter through Marketing - Campaigns so we can see who has unsubscribed by clicking on the actual newsletter sent out but is there a way of being notified if anyone unsubscribes.  We have private clients and their advisers are keen to be alerted when someone unsubscribes.

Thanks so much Caterina.  I can't see to find how to do the 'opted out of email marketing information is any of YES bit. I could do the top one quite easily.
