Notification are not showing default HubSpot email template

I am not getting notifications in the HubSpot default template.

Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like your IT team has enabled External Sender Callouts for your Outlook account. When this callout is enabled in an Outlook account, Outlook doesn't download the entire message for security purposes. This is described in this help article by Microsoft. 

I would advise checking with your IT or Security team to see if they can change your configuration so you can download the notification.
