Non-hubspot forms not capturing all the contacts

Hello,

 

I have a Non-Hubspot form active on my account, but I realized that they aren't being all collected in the contacts since I've received more enquiries on my email than on the CRM.

Could someone help me with this?

If you are still looking for assistance with this, can you please share a link to the page the form is on, an example of a contact's information that has not been received, and any other information you have.
