No "Title" field in Form Editor

We're trying to remove the title showing above our forms which should be at the top of the form editor, but it doesn't appear for me or my director - reached out to an engineer thinking it was part of the Landing Page code but nope, it is part of the form. 

When I go to the form editor (I use Chrome, I checked on Safari too and made sure adblock was off) I see this:

My dev however saw the title field at the top and was able to edit the rich text. Said it seems buggy bc the title field showed up then disappeared for him. We have the same permissions:

I'd found this workaround previously posted to the community and tried it in the LP template but no luck. Couldn't seem to find an area to edit the form code from the form editor either.

The screenshot you took and the screenshot your dev took are from different forms.  You may simply be looking at the wrong form when making your updates.

Yours says "PPC - GetVOIP" and the devs says "PPC - Capterra"
