New to forms - looking for best practices

SOLVE

Received the email with the form submission.

Can see the note on the timeline.

Where do I view the completed form submission in HubSpot?

Hi @gelflex-cc,

If you click the option for "9 Updated Properties" it should provide you with the information that was filled out on that form.

Are you not seeing the details of the form submission upon clicking that?

Hi @gelflex-cc,

You can see it on the contact record, but if you are looking for a place to see submissions for a specific form quickly got o Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms > Click the Number to the Right of the Form > Hover over the contact and View Submission.

@Josh Thanks for responding.  I can see the list on the contact record BUT I don't know how to get the details. If the submission email goes to someone else, I need to be able to see the information to take the action.

Clicking on the "new form" nets me the original form not completed.   (Yes, I changed the name of the form as a result of this first submission).

Thanks Josh.

@Josh

Ah....and the mystery solved.  Somehow the form submission duplicated and there was no detail on those.  Yes, clicking on the properties updated provide the information.

Thank you.
