New Form property - WordPress form API link

Hi,
Our Wordpress site forms are built using Avada that sync with Hubspot form properties. I created a new property needed for a new form - same way that has worked in the past and is still working on current forms. But this time I can't find the new property when syncing the Avada form submissions. I've notice a legacy banner notice in Hubspot but it takes me to a page that has no relevant information about my issue. Can some one help?

The banner isn't relevant to your situation here, it's more of an informative notice of changes upcoming.

For your issue, how new is the property? And have you tried again since your initial test? I am wondering if the data was cached preventing you from seeing a brand new field in which case you could try disconnecting/reconnecting for a quicker result to see if the list of properties is updated.
