Hey @CMarick this is really down to the styling on your site itself. The CTA will add some of it's own code if you've styled it in the CTA editor, but your website's styling will also affect this, particularly the positioning.
If you'd like to send on a link to your site I can take a quick look to see if there's an easy way to change the positioning on mobile, but it will be down to how your existing layout is setup.
