Multiple form redirect URLs to qualify leads before booking demo

We currently use Chili Piper to qualify leads before offering them our sales rep calendars. 

It's broken twice in less than a month and has been super finicky to implement. 

We'd love to use Hubspot forms instead, where the user would be redirected to one of two pages depending on what they input into the form. For example, qualified leads would be redirected to a scheduling calendar, whereas unqualified leads would be shown a different page.
