Moving non attendees from one list to another

SOLVE

I have a form (shown below) for an event. I want to set it up so people who choose "No, I will not attend" will be moved to a different email list I created for non-attendees. Is this possible?Screenshot 2023-12-07 at 9.17.48 AM.png

Hi @DTellez,

Sure, that entirely depends on the list criteria that you specify. Behind the "Will you attend?" is a contact property, the name of which you should see in the forms editor.

You can now create a list (Menu > Contacts > Lists), add a list filter and under 'Contact properties', you should find the field from your form.

Make sure to make this an active list so that it will auto-populate with new contacts as they submit the form.

If your existing list is a static list, a workflow and a Professional subscription would be needed. If you have a Professional subscription, let me know.

Without a workflow, you cannot automatically add new contacts to a static list. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/lists/what-is-the-difference-between-saved-filters-smart-lists-and-sta...
