Mobile Chat Box not showing

I have tried all the existing "solved" solutions but they all point to the same thing. Everything is setup correctly, target is simply "all visitors" to the URL. The web based chat box appeared immediately but I simply cannot get the mobile site one to show. I am not talking about a mobile app, just the mobile web. 

My site has no custom CSS affecting this such as resolution. 

 

Any other reason why it will not show?

Hi @NJones29 

If the chat shows on desktop but not on mobile web, here are a few things to check:

  1. Chatflow settings – Go to Display > Display behavior and make sure "Show chat launcher on small screen sizes" is enabled.

  2. Script placement – Ensure the HubSpot tracking code is correctly placed before </head> and loads on all devices.

  3. No iframes or AMP – HubSpot chat won’t load inside iframes or AMP pages.

In my experience, it's often a settings but if its a HubSpot Content Hub website, or some JS failure from files in the theme.

Best way to investigate this is to inspect what is happening on a mobile version. If you can share a link we can try to help investigate for you.
