Hi community! We are having an issue with the chatflow on Facebook Messenger. One of the steps is a property that has two options (so on the Messenger interface, both options pop up as buttons to select). When you click on one of them, the bot automatically replies that it's not understanding and that you have to try again. My hypothesis was that the leads were writing the answer, and not selecting the option. But I did it my self and that's not the case. I'll attatch some pictures. We turned the bot on a few weeks ago and the issue started happening today. Why would this happen? Thank you!
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, would you be able to take a picture of your Facebook Messenger Settings and check if auto-reply is on or enabled, but blank? This help article from Meta explains how to turn off auto-replies.
Sometimes if auto-reply is on or enabled but blank, it can cause the Facebook messenger functionality to not work as expected.
Can you let us know if turning off auto-replies makes a difference?
