Marketing > Forms > Follow Up not working

SOLVE

When I try to edit my form and view/update I get an error message, see attached screenshot. 

My colleagues can view and edit this tab, but I'm not able to.  I've tried it in Safari, Chrome and Firefox, always with the error.   Please help.

Hi @lizlowrie,

 

Thank you for reaching out to Community.

 

It seems that the error banner is showing up because of the user permission.

I would recommend to check your user permission as following.

  1. Click on the ⚙ at the top right corner
  2. Users & Teams
  3. Click on your user name
  4. Click “Marketing” tab
  5. Check if you have “Publish” and “Write” permission of “Email”
  6. If you don’t have these, you will want to ask your Super Admin to give you the required permissions (knowledge base article: [HubSpot user permissions guide])
