Limit form submissions
resolver
Hi,
Is there a way to limit the amount of times a contact can submit a particular form?
Is this possible within HubSpot or is there a way to use HubL in deisgn manager on a a Landing Page template to create a condition that would hide a template element/module if a user has submitted a form more than 5 times for example.
Alternatively can a workflow be created where a form has been submitted with a particular value so many times that submission of that fomr with a particular field value is then blocked/restricted.
For context we're creating a 'share page' form howver we want to restrict the amount of times a form can be used to share to either a particular person or by a particular person.
HI, what you could do here is create a custom number property
e.g. FORM A COUNT
Then create a workflow where the enrolment criteria is your form completion and increase this property by 1 every time the form is completed. Create a list of all those that have a FORM A COUNT value of greater than X
Then use smart content to change what is displayed to the user.

Like mrspabs said, I want to know where would you create this property.
Maybe I did something wrong but submissions are not re-using the calculated property of the previous submissions. When I submit the form, all contacts have "1" as a value. Do you have a solution ?
