Leadflow not minimizing

I'm trying to contact someone to get some help, but there's no option anywhere for me to contact someone directly. 

On our website, (www.curvychicbridal.com) the lead flow option will not minimise when you click the X, we have had complaints as it impedes on the images on our website. 

Can someone please help me??

Hey @Rebecca, 

I took a look at your website and did not see a leadflow. Did you turn it off/is it on a different page? 

If you can either link to the page or send along a video showing the issue, that would be a great starting point.
