My lead flows are showing underneath my navigation bar on my WordPress site. Is there an easy way to fix this? The site is moderabuilders.com.

Pretty sure you can use the z-index property to either bring the Lead Flow forward or push your nav back a little. Just don't know the specific element to target.

Maybe ask over in the design form.

All lead flows are set with a z-index: 5000;

So if you would like them to appear over your nav bar you can drop the z-index of your nav bar to anything below 5000.

How do I do that when I have it set up on my WordPress account? I didn't add code anywhere, it just shows up.

Your nav bar would have styling within the stylesheet of your wordpress account. You should set the style rule for the "z-index" of your nav bar to less than 5000 so it will appear under the lead flow. You'll need to be somewhat familiar with css and how to access your stylesheet to set your nav bar with a lower z-index:
