Lead Capture Data Missing

Hi All

I am new to HubSpot and learning so far. I got lead capture page hosted on a different landing page platform and form is also built on the same platform. I have done Hubspot integration. When lead is submitted I can only see name and email coming through to Hubspot but no other data is showing up. Please help.

When you say you have done Hubspot integration, are you using the Non-Hubspot forms feature or some other method of sending your form data to the Hubspot API? e.g. does your landing page platform provide an integration with Hubspot? Which landing page platform are you using?

Yes I am using non-Hubspot form to send data . I  am using brizy cloud which does offer hubspot API Integration.

Hi @kash572 

I find the non-Hubspot forms feature is generally best used only if you have no other option as it has strict requirements for capturing data and doesn't work with complex forms. For example, "all data submitted to non-HubSpot form fields will only match to single-line text field type properties in HubSpot. Non-HubSpot form fields cannot match with other field types."

As Brizy has an integration with Hubspot I'd suggest exploring that integration to send your form data to Hubspot. If not, you'll need to check your form's structure and field types to make sure they comply with the Non-Hubspot forms feature requirements.
