Issue publishing marketing forms

Hi there,
For some time now, every marketing form I try to publish stays as a draft until it gets reviewed. I am a super admin in the company account. This is seriously hindering our work, and to be honest, I can't understand why this is happening. I am the person who created the account 4 years ago and this issue is new. 
I would appreciate some advice on what might be going on—does anyone else have a similar issue?

Thanks for sharing these screenshots.

 

2 things:

 

1. This email is saying HubSpot is reviewing your form, presumably something got flagged. Have you checked the whole email you received if there are further infos or options to get in touch with HubSpot?

 

2. The email states that until the review is done, you won't be able to create additional forms, which seems to align with the second screenshot where the create button is greyed out.

 

I would recommend emailing or chatting with HubSpot Support yo get clarity on why this forms investigation is happening. In my nearly 10 years of working with HubSpot I have never seen this happen. In fact, I didn't even know that is something HubSpot does.

These issues have been occurring for about 2-3 weeks. Every change to an existing form or the publishing of a new form first has to wait for review. I’m attaching screenshots of the emails I receive.
This is very frustrating, and if it’s a bug, I hope your developers can fix it quickly. If it turns out that it’s not a bug but some kind of new feature, I honestly don’t know what to think...image_2024_09_03T13_15_41_265Z.png

  1. No, there isn't any additional information in the email—just what I’ve shown in the screenshots, along with the standard subscription preferences. This issue occurs with every form, regardless of whether it includes contact fields, company fields, or whether it generates a ticket or not. It just doesn’t make any sense.

  2. Exactly, it’s blocking our work. My colleagues are experiencing the same restriction as I am, whenever a form is under review. It’s really frustrating.

Could you please provide me with the email address for HubSpot support? I’ve only been able to reach a chatbot, which keeps sending me irrelevant articles. That’s why I decided to post in the forum, hoping to connect with a real person.

Here are the various ways you can contact HubSpot Support: https://help.hubspot.com/

 

If you have a Starter or above subscription, there is an option to request chatting to a human or requesting a call-back when whatever the chat bot provided was not helpful.

Hi @YYonova 

 

Can you share a screenshot of where you are seeing the draft status? To the best of my knowledge HubSpot forms do not have a draft status, they never had.

 

This might be due to the new forms Beta, but even that is unlikely, as during the one the Admin HUGs the HubSpot product manager clearly said draft status for emails is not currently in development.
