Internal notification emails

Hi, I'm managing a free account for a client on a trial basis and have set up a lead flow yesterday. Notifications are coming through to me but not my client. How do I change this? I added an 'email alias' but I can't figure the rest out.

I'm assuming by 'email alias' you mean you've added your client's email in the following section under 'Options' in the Lead Flow?

If you have gone through @shearn's suggestions and are still experiencing this issue can you please let me know what email address is put in there that is not receiving the notifications?
