I receive filled out forms that are not from our website

Hi, since a couple of weeks I receive email notifications of filled out forms that are not from our website. Them seem to be from a doctor's website. I did not receive this earlier, but looks like Hubspot send the notification to the wrong address. Anyone experienced the same problem?

Hi Pam, no we don't change anything to our account recently. It is a submission notification and we receive it twice a week. Strange this is that it seems to come from a paid search. Don't know what kind of screenshot you are looking, but I made a screenshot of the contact. We did make an intergation with Google Ads. Could that be the trigger?
