Hubspot forms loading very slowly in China

Hello, 

I have been using forms for a while now and I recently created a new one on our website for users to register to a Webinar.

Our main office is based in China but the website is hosted in Brussels, Belgium.

Any idea on how to fix this issue?

Other steps for you to try:

• Try Incognito Mode
• Reset Browser Settings
• Remove Incompatible Adds-on, Plugins, Extensions
• Update/Reinstall Google Chrome

My problem is solved by this method, and i hope your peoblem will be solved also.

Hello @StephaneBadel, thank you for posting in our Community!

Do you know how long is takes to load? What browser are you currently using? Is the form hosted outside HubSpot or on a HubSpot page?  Have you tried in an incognito window?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

To answer your questions:

The form only loads using a VPN (our office including myself are located in China). Even then it takes a few seconds to load.

If without a VPN, using the office wifi, it doesnt load at all, same for when using 4G /5G Chinese network.

This is really problematic cause many people in Chine reported us this issue when trying to register for our webinar.

I tried many browers (Safari, Opera, Chrome, Firefox), same issue.

It is our own website page, not a hubspot designed landing page.
