Hubspot form notification

Hubspot form notification is not in English (I think it is in Portuguese?) - all of our forms are in English. People completing them should not be able to change the language right?

Please any advise on if this is a scam form?

Hey @ILily the notifications should come through as your portal language, which is set by your primary domain language. Do you have your primary domain language set to Portugese by any chance?

If it's set to English and you're still seeing this, could you send a screenshot of the email you're seeing?
