Hubspot CTA on non Hubspot site

I have placed a Hubspot CTA on one of our websites that is not with the HS CMS and I dont see any analytics on it even though it has been clicked and viewed.

What could be the issue?

Could be any combination of a few items ...
- HubSpot tracking code is not installed properly.
- embedded CTA source code has been modified by the non-HubSpot CMS.
- plugin conflict in WordPress.
- less than 20 minutes have passed.
