If a customer clicks on a google ad and we have a landing page on which he books a meeting which is a HubSpot meeting link when the contact get created why it is not showing original traffic as paid search it is showing direct traffic?
This is possible, but requires a little coding, functionally the meeting embed widget doesn't pass through UTM parameters unless you explicitly tell it to do so. Code for handling this scan be found in the solution here:
But Iam not looking for the meeting booked only iam looking if the meeting scheduling page is added on the landing it should the track the ads activity of the contact when the contact fills the form through the booking meeting link of HubSpot
Can you provide a link to the page? Might be able to easily resolve this by linking to a URL with the appropriate utm parameters if these other solutions aren't working or are over engineered
Okay you mean to say if we enable cookies we will be abe to track but this cookies will be always be shown on the landing page when vistors land on our landing page and the changes are we can get less submissions on our booking meeting link

I wanted to know it is the right practice is is possible we can properly track each source submission and clicks etc have you implemented this or seen this in any portal becuase usually i know form are being used on landing page but we are trying to implement sonthing else here if we can do that in HubSpot?
It would require installing the HubSpot tracking code, configuring your cookie policy correctly and using HubSpot forms. Non-HubSpot forms can be used but then you would have to pass through the appropriate HubSpot cookies as well.

I am saying that we can track it properly through forms but it is happening because we are using meeting links iam saying have anybody doing this previously and are able to track proper orgnail source and ads activty problem is that we can not aslo track ads activity when the contact is created its just showing direct traffic and no ads activity on the contact created
