HubSpot Marketing Lead Forms

Around April 11, HubSpot changed the lead forms generated from website sliders. The new notifications no longer carry the physcial address which was based on the email address. This is a huge loss in regards to generating additional info for prospecting. Do others feel the same way? I feel this is a huge loss.
