How to turn off email capture during out of office hours in the chat
Dear Hubspot Community
hope someone can help. I Am trying to turn off the email capture message in the chat flow while we are out of the office. Otherwise, I am doubling up my message as per below. I don't want it just to be the email capture, I would like to ask the customer to enter more details, so we can serve them better upon return.
Any idea if this is possible?

Hello @SJR, are you currently using our live chatbot option? I would recommend creating a bot with the options you would like and after collecting all the information the bot will display the out-of-office message. ( More information here)
