How to track form submissions after click on CTA in popup?

Hi all,
We've created a pop-up with the new CTA feature in Hubspot. This pop-up includes a CTA button, that leads to a landing page with a form. The goal is of course to submit the form on the landing page.
We want to know how many people submitted the form after clicking the CTA button on the popup. This is however not possible at the moment. You can only see the click-through-rate on the CTA button, not the associated form submissions.
The only workaround is to add UTM tags to the URL of the CTA button. However, internal UTM tagging is not best practice, as you will replace the original source of the visitor.

Ha great, this does the trick. Just wondering @Olivia_Bagnall , do you know why the metrics between customer journey report and the CTA performance report vary? The first one says there are 13 views, and 4 clicks, while the second reports says there are 20 views and 4 clicks.
I've used the correct CTA name filter, and rolling dates.

@SBlocq Ah yes that makes sense. The CTA metrics are related to that CTA and to individual viewers while the report is contact-based so I think you are right there.
