How to recognise what form a lead came from?

Hi, Is there a way I can recognise and trigger a workflow by what "webform" the contact came from?

Hi @Hyroxware,

Yes, in a contact-based workflow, you can either enrolment criteria or branches and then select "Form submission", which will lead you to a list of your HubSpot forms.

For example:

• Click into the enrollment criteria box
• Select "When filter criteria is met"
• Click "Form submissions"
• Find form and confirm

Thanks I underatnd that. But I was wondering is there a way to tag or label the lead with a coloured "Tag" when a contact comes from a form?

@Hyroxware no, tags aren't supported in contact records: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/prioritize-records-in-views-with-colored-object-tags

You can use the "Set property value" workflow action to label these contacts however.

Alternatively you can "tag" contacts directly through hidden form fields: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/pass-contact-property-values-with-hidden-form-fields
