The only option you have really is to route people to different forms based on their, or your, needs. You could do this across multiple pages or perhaps with multiple forms hidden within an accordian or tabbed element on one page.

Would love to see this added, or a fillable other option. I have numerous dependant fields that would need additional follow up if the standard options don't fit.
Do you manage your accounting internally? (Y/N)
If yes, ask using a radio picker which among the most popular software options they are using.
If none of those options are what they're using, utilize a second dependancy to ask using a single-line text field which provider they use.

This is not currently possible - only one level of nested fields is available. Hopefully this will change in the future as it would indeed be useful. I recommend you check for similar suggestions in the ideas forum and add your vote.
