How to create dependent field within dependent fields.

Hi @rajshree

The only option you have really is to route people to different forms based on their, or your, needs. You could do this across multiple pages or perhaps with multiple forms hidden within an accordian or tabbed element on one page.

Hope this helps.

Though this can't be done in HubSpot, you can easily set this up with a 3rd party software - QuestionPro. Here's an example - https://multi-level-form.questionpro.com

QuestionPro seamlessly integrates with HubSpot, so all the collected data can be automatically fed into the HubSpot CRM.

Hope this helps!

Feel free to reach out to me directly for any assistance.

Thanks,

Would love to see this added, or a fillable other option. I have numerous dependant fields that would need additional follow up if the standard options don't fit.

  • Do you manage your accounting internally? (Y/N)
    • If yes, ask using a radio picker which among the most popular software options they are using.
      • If none of those options are what they're using, utilize a second dependancy to ask using a single-line text field which provider they use.

This would also be solved with the ability to add a fillable 'other' option - see this question built in jotform below:

Hi @rajshree

This is not currently possible - only one level of nested fields is available. Hopefully this will change in the future as it would indeed be useful. I recommend you check for similar suggestions in the ideas forum and add your vote.

Hope this helps.
