How do I create radio buttons in HubSpot forms for landing pages?

Hi, I am not sure I'm posting this in the right forum, so if I'm in the wrong place I apologize.  I'm creating a form to put on a landing page, but I'm having problem understanding how to work with creating radio buttons and what to put for properties.  if someone could walk me through that I would really appreciate it Thanks, Mindy

Hi @MThomas96,

You can find step by step instructions for creating properties here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties

For a radio select property, you can specify the field name under (1), then add new options (2).

(3) is what is going to be displayed in the CRM or by default on the form (although you can change the value for forms directly in the form, cosmetically, too). (4) is the value that is used by integrations and by HubSpot internally and which cannot change.

If you get stuck at any point or have follow-up questions, let me know.

@MThomas96 what do you see in the left sidebar when you click the gear icon in the top menu? Can you share a screenshot? Alternatively, simply type 'Properties' in the top menu search bar.

But again, data management is not correct. Settings -> Properties, just two clicks.

I'm sorry but the instructions aren't lining up with what I see.  under settings, Data Management, there is no properties tab.

@MThomas96 where did you see instructions to navigate to data management? Settings -> Properties is correct.

The linked article also has a video with step by step instructions.

So if the radio button options were 6 month or a year contract, those would need to be the properties, correct?

@MThomas96 you would create a property of type 'radio select' with the name 'contract length' and the selection options '6 months' and '12 months'.
