How can I identify the people who clicked on a CTA but didn't submit a form?

In a campaign I can see that there were 12 clicks on my CTA but 0 submissions. Is there a way to identify those 12 people?

Short A: n/a

Longer A:

You'll need to build a HubSpot smart list to identify those contacts.

Doing so will also allow you to refine your CTA click criteria by a date range &/or the number of times clicked. (good stuff)
