How can I add GDPR to forms without Cloning them?

SOLVE

Hello everyone!

I have around 78 forms on my website. I need GDPR Notice on them for only Europe website visitors and no GDPR notice for rest of the world.

The solution I know is Adding Smart Rule to form and selecting countries. Then selecting different forms for different rule. But this way I will clone all the forms and will have 156 forms which I don't want.

I would appreciate with someone has some different technique to work on this.

Thank you in advance for help!

Hi @mansigovani

One option could be to add country as a form field and add GDRP questions as dependent fields when EU countries are selected.

Hope this helps.

Hello Phil,

I appreciate your help! I tried that, but hubspot doesn't allow GDPR as dependent field in forms.

So the final solution I applied is using Javascript. It checks the country visitor enters and depending on it a pop-up is displayed for GDPR.

Thank you again for your response!
