Getting spams (email addresses only) to hubspot contacts through WordPress plugin forms

I recently switched my contact forms on my website to use forms provided by the hubspot WordPress plugin.  I keep getting email addresses put into my contacts, and an email from hubspot that announces:

New submission on Collected Forms "Unidentified Form"

Submitted through API on page: Home

It appears to be bypassing my actual forms and perhaps using the API?  At any rate I don't need a bunch of spammed addresses on my hubspot contacts.  How do I deal with this?

Can you please share a link to the page your form is on, and share examples of contacts that have come through which are spam?

The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist!
