We have the marketing hub which we've integrated with our external CRM and our website.
On the website we have a number of HubSpot forms to engage clients. Simple contact forms, request our price guide, etc.
One of the ones we want to have is a request a quote which will ask a number of questions which are project specific. The form generation isn't the problem.
The issue at hand is if we have a contact requesting a quote on a number of projects, everytime they fill out the form, because all of the form data is a 'contact property', it over-writes the data HubSpot has.
Do we need to store all of these form submissions outside of HubSpot or is there a way to track these within HubSpot?
Can we create form fields which are tied to a 'deal property' or something other than a contact property?
You can not create form fields that relate directly to deals, but you can create a workflow that copies certain properties into deal properties. With re-enrolment enabled, each time a contact submitteded the quote form, a new deal with the current contents of the form's properties could be created.
