Forms not Detected

Hello,

I tried using an Elementor popup for the forms that generate leads but seems like it was not possible to connect popups to HubSpot. I tried using the popup as a template for a page which means I embedded the forms in a page. But the forms still can't be detected by HubSpot.

Is there another way to connect the Elementor forms to HubSpot?

There's another thread where another user was able to make Elementor popups work:

As a fix I had to remove the Elementor popup, create custom popups in the theme and then just used the elementor form shortcodes inside them.

Hi @ThomSchur ,

First you need to make sure that hubspot is setup correctly

1. Login to your HubSpot account and go to your Profille, then click on Marketing > Forms > Non-Hubspot Forms. Turn on Collect data from website forms and then click the Save button
2. From your WordPress dashboard, install and activate the HubSpot All-In-One Marketing plugin.  
3. Go to the HubSpot menu item from your dashboard and connect the plugin to your account, then click Start exploring
4. Edit your Elementor Pro form and from the Additional Options tab, give the Form ID a name.

Testing That the Integration Works
1. Save your page, and go to the live version
2. Enter testing details into the form, and click on submit. You should see a confirmation message. If there is an error with the integration, and you are logged into the site as admin, you will see the description of the error, so you know exactly what went wrong with the integration.
4. Now, log into your HubSpot account and go to Marketing > Lead Capture > Collected Forms. Make sure the form name for the form you just submitted appears in the list.
5.  To view the new contact that was just submitted, go to Contacts > Contacts. That contact will now be monitored by HubSpot.

I understand HubSpot does not recognize your Elementor forms and that they're not picked up by HubSpot, is that correct? Could you confirm with your team that your form is meeting all the requirements listed in this resource?
