Forms in HubSpot

When I login to HubSpot with my account, the Forms are not displayed in the Menu of Marketing -> Lead Capture -> Forms

It seems my account also has no access right to “Lead Capture”.

How to solve it?

Hi @Phyllis,

A few things that might be going on here:

• Are you the super admin in your portal? If not, I'd recommend reaching out to the person who invited you into the HubSpot portal, they might've limited your permissions to not include forms: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/edit-user-permissions
• Is your account very new and have you recently started using the tools? HubSpot might suspend tools: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-settings/account-suspension-faq  (You would've received a notice about this.)
