I am having trouble with my HubSpot forms. I have created the forms, entered the email address that I'd like the notifications to go to, Ticked the box that says send to contacts owner, I have white listed all of HubSpots email address in my address book, I have connected the email address to HubSpot too and still no luck with receiveing notifications when someone submits the form.
Any advice on what else it could be or if there is something I am missing would be great.
Alternatively, if this doesn't work, one workaround could be to set up a workflow. If you set the enrollment trigger as 'form submission', you can select a specific form that you would like to receive email notifications for, and on which specific pages of your website. Then, you can set the action to 'send internal email notification', which will allow you to input specific HubSpot users or teams to send a notification to. I have included a screenshot below as an example:
