Form submission email notifications routed based on form field
resolver
For general contact forms, we have lumped in the gambit of our company's capabilities asking the lead to choose what they're interested in. Different parts of the company handle certain leads differently based on which capability the lead is seeking more information about. While a Hubspot form can be configured to send submission notifications to a list of designated people in Options, is there a way for submissions to be sent to specific people based on the fields the lead check versus the form being submitted generally?
For example, a lead for our business is either seeking creative design work or help with promotional products. Leads that are seeking the creative design work goes to one set of people and the product work goes to another set, all with the same form? Or do we have to split out using multiple forms?
Basically, you'll completely turn OFF the default form notifications. Then you'll just use a workflow instead to assign the new leads based on the interest the visitor enters on your form. HubSpot will automatically notify each contact owner as they are assigned new leads. (by default)

Looks like this thread has been silent for a while, but I have a need to do the same thing.
Sure, I can create a workflow with an internal email notification sent that uses personalization tokens, but we miss out on the other data that HubSpot sends in form submission notifications like page submitted on, found site via (ex. google.com, associate company details/insights, and including a link to the contact record in hubspot crm.

I agree this would be helpful. While the accepted solution of "Turn off form submission notification and just assign the lead" works, it does not send the form data to that HubSpot users. They are just notified a new contact has been assigned to them and they would have to go to the contact record to see why and the content of the message.

Not necessarily. A custom email containing the relevant particulars from the form(s) could easily be included (on a HubSpot user by HubSpot user basis) in the workflow that handles lead assignment.
