Form phone number is CA instead of US

Hello,

I set my default value to be the US +1 in the form for the phone number and that shows in the form editor, but when I go to my actual page, the form shows CA +1. How can I fix this?

Have you made sure to republish the form via the orange button in the top right corner after making the change?

If yes, can you please try an incognito / private browser window to rule out caching issues?

Yes, I've published and checked in incognito.
