Form not showing on Mobile

SOLVE

Hello!

I have created a Hubspot landing page and have a pop-up form assigned to appear on this page. It is not appearing on mobile devices though. I have the "Small Screen Sizes" setting unchecked, but it's still not showing up. Any ideas?

Form not showing on Mobile

SOLVE

Hey @EHoward6, thanks for reaching out!

Here are some quick troubleshooting thoughts and potential solutions:

  1. Have you confirmed that you're seeing the pop-up form on other devices?
  2. Have you tried multiple mobile devices/browsers to see if the issue persists across platforms?
  3. Have you added any exclusion rules or other filters in the "Targeting" section of the pop-form settings that would prevent the form from showing on mobile?
  4. Is there any difference in the page URL on mobile that doesn't fall within your targeting?
  5. Do you have the form triggers set to a fixed time/page scroll or exit intent? If you have it set to exit intent (I believe this is the default), try changing to page scroll or elapsed time to see if you can get it to show
  6. If #5 is the problem, you can always create a mobile version of the form that will show based on page scroll/elapsed time (and ensure your exclusion rules are set so it never shows if the device type isn't mobile) and keep the desktop version (and ensure your exclusion rules are set so it never shows if the device type isn't desktop)

Hope this helps!!
