Form not capturing contact details

SOLVE

I am trying to create a form for work colleagues to enter fresh leads they come across in the with a few details - to create a new contact: First Name, Linkedin URL, etc.

 

When the form is submitted I then want the a new "company" to be created by the name, as well as the contact to be created and linked to the company, upon which my Business Development team can see it as a new potential lead and fill in the rest of the details incluidng any other details

I have been unsuccesful so far and would be glad of advice. Many thanks in anticipation, as I seem to only see a company but not contatc?

Hi @YGischen5,

 

Can you please share a screenshot of the form editor (showing all of the form fields)?  How exactly are you testing the form, step by step? Can you confirm that you have permissions to see all records in your CRM (to rule out that records are created but simply not visible to you)?

 

I haven't seen any cases of HubSpot successfully accepting input in a form but not creating/updating the corresponding records, this would be very unusual.
