Form is showing only one field

I have created a hubspot form, but the link is showing only one field even though when I edit it, it shows all the fields.

Can you please send along screenshots of what you are seeing when you edit the form, with all of the fields?

Is the form published @gvarona?

It won't update to show all fields until it's published.

Thanks for your help in this issue. 

What do you mean when you say "Is the form published"? 

The form is currently publised in a wordpress site here:

http://buenosprestamos.com/index.php/quiero-un-prestamo-3/ and it is not showing all the fields. 

Perhaps "published" means something different or in Hubspot and I am not getting it.  Is there any other step I am missing?

Hi @gvarona,

If you go into the form editor within HubSpot, can you click "publish" in the top right hand corner?
