Form integration in wix recent problems

Hello,

Since 2 days, my lead form is acting wierd in my wix website: I receive 5 emails instead of 1 when someone send me a lead.

Today I tried to fill in the form with the direct adress https://share.hsforms.com/1ECVvPf8fQaCUA6cIkhCzOw3kz4e and It worked perfectly

Then I tried to do it with the same form but with my webstite https://www.en.claudineolivier.com/joinus and I realized that the forms looked like different:

- Error on the phone country number (Afghanistan instead of France)

- When I sent the form, I didn't receive the confirmation message saying "we received your information"

Can anyone tell me what is happening ?

Bonjour @ClaudineO 

Maybe you can remove the Country Selector. When I preview the form (from New Zealand) it shows +64 in the telephone field (so you may not need the country selector?).

Or you could link from your Wix Website to your form ( https://share.hsforms.com/1ECVvPf8fQaCUA6cIkhCzOw3kz4e). 

It's not ideal but it's easier than fighting with Wix.

We've had similar issues with Squarespace.
