Form Submissions lead to different URLs

Can I have the "thank you page" be different for each person depending on a property answer? 

For example, I want all leads that are from Maryland to get a specific URL after they submit the form - and people from Texas get a different URL etc. We have the state as a question I just want to know if based on that answer their thank you page can be different?
