Form Options Not Updating - Page To Redirect Not Listed

Hello!

Our previous marketing person had a "Request A Quote" CTA on all pages of our website.

I have updated the CTA on our blog page to a "Subscribe To Blog" CTA and attached a new form created from an existing template.

When you click the "Subscribe To Blog" CTA it takes you to the form I created. I fill out the form and click submit, however, a problem occurs under "What should happen after visitor submits the form". When I select display thank you message, the template thank you message appears, not the one I entered. I made sure to Publish the updated text.

As a work around, I tried "Redirect To Another Page", with the intention of taking them back to the blog page (as listed above https://www.sharprint.com/blog?hsCtaTracking=d5c8adb9-6aa4-479b-86f6-390648e0ee22%7C224b2762-73b1-4b...) however the page does not appear in my list of options.

I went through the list of website pages and landing pages and am not finding the blog page in either listing. Is it possible for a template to be visible on the site without being a website or landing page?

I ended up re-doing the landing page using a more generic template and all is working now!
