Form Field response not showing up in contact record

Registrations forms submitted by my contacts show that each person has made a selection for a particular field when I get the submission confirmation email, but their responses are not showing up in their contact record under that property. The form field matches the contact property exactly, so I can't figure out why the form responses are not recorded in the contact record. Can someone help me out??

Depending on the day/time, there may be delays in seeing information populated on the contact record. That being said, you'll want to share more specifics about the forms and contact property characteristics.

- HubSpot form or non-HubSpot form?
- HubSpot page or non-HubSpot page?
- Contact property type -- i.e., Singleline Text, Multi-Checkbox, Date Picker, etc.?
- Custom property? If not, what's the default property?
- GDPR enabled?
- Verion of HubSpot -- i.e., Enterprise, Pro, etc.?

Wait. What? The free version of HubSpot includes HubSpot pages? (weird ... never knew that)

Maybe I don't know what you mean by HubSpot page. It's just the form page through HubSpot. The link is below.

The Age Group field is the one that our registrants are responding to, but then it's not populating in the same field in their contact record.

Yea. There's something not right about that field, but can't tell from here.

Try this.

Create another Contact property named 'Age Group', but make it a Radio-Select field type and replace it on that form.

When you create the field, make sure HubSpot names the internal name 'age_group'.
