Form Error - Human Verification

SOLVE

I'm getting an error when people submit my contact form that says "You must be a human to submit this form." However, the form is being successfully sent/received and the contact appears within HubSpot. The success message does not appear. I have reCaptcha v3 installed. Any ideas on why this might be? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the help, that worked! It seems like the v3 key stopped working after the roll out of Enterprise. After recreating and installing a v3 key and clearing my cache, it's functioning again.
